Die Bäckerei Göbecke steht seit über 100 Jahren für handwerklich hergestellte Backwaren und gelebte Tradition in Leipzig. Gegründet 1912 von Bäckermeister Hugo Köhler, entwickelte sich der Betrieb schnell zu einem zuverlässigen Lieferanten für Restaurants, Hotels und bekannte Häuser wie den Auerbachs Keller.
Trotz Kriegszeiten und gesellschaftlicher Veränderungen blieb die Bäckerei ihrer Qualität stets treu. Über mehrere Generationen hinweg weitergeführt, wird das Familienunternehmen heute von Christine und Matthias Göbecke in vierter Generation geleitet.
Mit Stolz auf das Handwerk entstehen hier täglich frische Backwaren – direkt aus dem Ofen zum Kunden.
